What Equipment is Used?
Lagree studios only use Lagree Fitness equipment designed for Lagree workouts. This specialized equipment consists of two platforms with a moving carriage set on springs to provide various resistance levels. We are the only studio in Arizona to use Miniformer Pros! Why is that important? Because the MiniPro has the lightest carriage, which fires up the core with every exercise. The carriage also lifts to 15 degrees, while the platforms lift to 5 positions. These angles make for an anti-inflammatory workout.
